How long does a coaching session last?

Each one to one session will usually last for no more than one hour. This is to ensure that sessions do not become too tiring and our discussions remain productive and focused.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

The number of coaching sessions needed varies for each person and depends on the number and complexity of issues that you would like to work on. 

We will always discuss, agree and review your coaching requirements at the end of each session. 


How often will the coaching sessions be?

Coaching sessions can take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your needs. You might prefer more frequent sessions so that you are motivated to make progress with your goals at a quicker pace.

Also, when we are coming to the end of coaching, we may agree to reduce the frequency of sessions but stay in touch to review and check how things are going. 


Where do coaching sessions take place?

Coaching Sessions can be arranged at a mutually convenient venue or can also be carried out using Skype or over the telephone. Alternatively, some clients can find it beneficial to have their sessions whilst taking a walk, as they find the gentle exercise and open air can help them to think more clearly.  


How can you support my additional needs or special requirements?

If you have any additional needs or special requirements, we can discuss these as part of your initial session. This will enable us to tailor the service to ensure that your needs are met.
